Your Local Bank
Mortgage Brokers are great and can be valuable. A good Mortgage Broker will also have a relationship with most major banks. We do recognize that sometimes you have a strong relationship with your bank already. We recommend you speak with your bank of choice during the process. If you bank with RBC for example, they do not work with external mortgage brokers. So you must deal with them directly.
